On Saturday, Riley and a few friends of ours ate at our local bar and grill (Flanny's) before going to True Music Festival.
I have had great experiences with Flanny's good before, but I had only ordered
This time I ordered soft street tacos, which claimed to be on corn tortillas. Once they were brought to me, I dug in.
At the first bite, I knew something was up with the tortillas. You just can't get that soft texture without flour. I ended up only eating that one whole bite and a bit of steak from the other tacos (it was on top of the lettuce).
Anyway, I ended up getting gluten exposed and missing 75% of the concert. I am still greatly feeling the effects on my stomach two days later.
I found this article on About.com that has a few tips to keep yourself comfortable after being gluten exposed. Read it and let me know what you think in the comments.
Anyone with other post-gluten tips feel free to share!

- Pub salad (steak, mixed greens, blue cheese crumbles, candied walnuts)
- Caesar salad (you know the drill. Dressing, cheese, lettuce)
- Sweet potato fries
